How it works
From signing in to the first time Nayla books.
-
1. Create the account
Sign in with Google, say what you do and register your business: its name, your WhatsApp and the time zone.
-
2. Connect WhatsApp
Choose how Nayla answers. You connect by scanning a QR code, on a computer, or by typing a code, on a phone.
A number just for Nayla
A separate WhatsApp, on a spare phone or SIM, used only by Nayla. Your personal contacts stay out of it. You talk to Nayla by writing to that number and, to take over a conversation, Nayla opens a group with you. Good for a line just for the business, or for a team.
Your own number
Nayla answers on your WhatsApp and leaves your personal contacts alone. You talk to Nayla in the chat with yourself and, to take over a conversation, you just answer the person: Nayla steps back. Good for someone who works alone, with one phone.
-
3. Tell her your rules
Working hours, services with their length and price (Nayla suggests your trade's), how far ahead people book, when to remind them, and answers in your words: how to pay, the first time, cancellations.
-
4. Follow along in the app
Today, the schedule, the people you see and what needs you. Alerts reach you in the app, by notification on your phone and on your WhatsApp.
What to know first
- The phone with the connected WhatsApp has to stay on and online. If it goes unused for long, WhatsApp may disconnect Nayla.
- The link uses a method that is not WhatsApp's official one, and WhatsApp may restrict the number.
