Is Nayla a person?

No. Nayla is an AI virtual assistant, and she says so in her first conversation with each person.

Does Nayla work for my line of business?

She works for anyone who works by appointment. She has the words and the services of each line of business: health, beauty and aesthetics, fitness, lessons and pets. For any other, she uses neutral words, such as client and appointment.

Do the people who book with me have to install anything?

No. They talk on WhatsApp, as they already do. Your page is an extra: whoever prefers books there.

Can I use my own number?

Yes. Nayla answers on your WhatsApp and leaves your personal contacts alone. If you prefer, she answers on a number just for her.

What if I want to take over a conversation?

You take over whenever you want, and Nayla steps back. When someone asks to talk to you, she tells you.

Does Nayla take payments?

No. She says how to pay, in your words, and you mark in the app what was paid.

Does it work for a business with more than one person?

Yes. You invite the team, and each person signs in with their own account and their own role.

How much does it cost?

The plans are not set yet.

What about the data of the people who book with me?

Everyone can download a copy of their data on your page and ask for it to be deleted there or on WhatsApp. Privacy policy
